The Japanese-style room with a wooden tub was a unique touch. Thanks to the staff for arranging last-minute requests and the generous 7-11 vouchers. The firefly walk was a jaw-dropping experience. a fantastic hotel in a great location with amazing staff. Highly recommended!

I loved waking up early to take a shower because hot water is only available from 06:00-11:00. Such a delightful inconvenience! The free tours were the highlight of my stay. The complimentary buffet breakfast was worth waking up for.

The staff were English-speaking and very helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station, bus stop, and the start of the old street. The bento lunch with the metal lunchbox was unique and memorable. The firefly tour was magical.

The hotel location was fantastic, right on the old street and close to the railway station. It made it really convenient to explore the area. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They provided great recommendations and even organized free guided walks for guests. And the best part was the hot herbal bath that we got to enjoy every day in our own personal tub in the room. It was such a nice treat after a long day of exploring.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the soundproofing in the rooms was quite poor, and we had noisy neighbors that disturbed our peace and quiet.

Wonderful location right in the heart of Fenchihu. We loved the spacious room with a bathtub and the option to open the window for fresh air. The English-speaking staff were very helpful and the complimentary tea set in the room was a nice touch. The lunch boxes provided were excellent as well.

I keep coming back to this place because it's perfect for me. The staff even helped me exchange money on my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a flat-screen TV. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

The Fenchihu bento provided by the hotel was absolutely delicious and a must-try. we had a great stay and would highly recommend Fenchihu Hotel to our friends and relatives.

For families with children, my children wanted more activities specifically catered towards them.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable Japanese-style room that included a cedar-wood tub. The hotel's location was perfect, right along the old street and within walking distance of the train station and bus stop. The staff were extremely helpful and even booked a taxi for us when we wanted to explore the Fenrui trail.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast menu better was a greater variety of options.
